Our abrasive rolls are, industrial quality resin bond, for longer wear and faster cutting action,
lasting much longer than standard rolls. These rolls work great for removing any where from heavy casting to light scratches on any type of metal. Also used for porting heads. Rolls are 1" long and in packs of ten. 1/4" diameter $3.49. 3/8" diameter $3.99. 1/2" diameter $4.29. For the best results use with Tallow Grease abrasive lubrication listed below. Tallow Grease extends the life of your rolls by reducing heat, dust and harsh cutting, while providing a smoother more uniform finish, making it much easier to buff out. Please specify rolls size and grit below, available in 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" diameter x 1" long & grits of 80, 120, 180, 240, or 320. Abrasive Roll mandrels for 1" long rolls above. Available for 1/4" and 1/8" shank sizes.

Tallow Grease abrasive lubrication
Extends the life of your rolls by reducing heat, dust and harsh cutting,

remove heavy casting, pits and deep scratches. Leaving your work with a smooth uniform finish that is ready for buffing. Kit comes complete as shown with: four packs of CR-1 (1/4" x 1") rolls in grits of 120, 180, 240, and 320; four packs of CR-3 (1/2" x 1") rolls in grits of 120, 180, 240, and 320; one 4 oz. tube of Tallow Grease, and one M-8 roll mandrel.
